What stands out about the work?
His featured work is watercolor. He makes very large watercolor pieces- this seems painful to contemplate, as another watercolor user.
The images seem toned by many layers of thin watercolor washes. It's misty fantastical looking. At first sight- the viewer is tricked into the perception of a photograph. Until you get the sense that the ambience is.. odd.
I must point out that there are some insightful videos at work- they are incredible.
